This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota...and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

High temperatures and heat indices will warm into the 90s today.
The very warm temperatures and elevated humidity will combine to
create a heightened risk for heat illnesses, especially for those
who are active or working outdoors.

There is a slight chance of thunderstorms this afternoon over
west central Wisconsin. Although the risk is low, an isolated
stronger storm could produce hail and gusty winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

The heat and humidity will build on Sunday, and persist through
Memorial Day. High temperatures and peak heat indices will be in
the 90s. The very warm temperatures and high humidity will
combine to create a heightened risk for heat illnesses, especially
for those who are active or working outdoors.

Isolated thunderstorms will be possible on Sunday and Monday,
although most areas will remain dry until the Tuesday through
Wednesday time frame when widespread showers and thunderstorms
are expected. At this time severe storms are not expected.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SKYWARN spotter activation will not be needed.
