URGENT - MARINE WEATHER MESSAGE

...TROPICAL STORM WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THE OFFSHORE GULF
WATERS...

.Subtropical storm Alberto will be moving north across the eastern
Gulf of Mexico through the rest of the weekend while remaining
well offshore the southwest florida coast. Yet there is a
reasonable chance of the offshore waters of Collier county beyond
20 nautical miles experiencing tropical storm force winds
particularly tonight and through the early part of Sunday.
Therefore a tropical storm watch has been added to those coastal
waters.

...TROPICAL STORM WATCH IN EFFECT...
...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EDT MONDAY...

The National Weather Service in Miami has issued a Tropical Storm
Watch, which is in effect.

* Winds and Seas...South winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt.
  Seas 7 to 10 feet. Possibility of sustained tropical storm
  force winds just above 34 knots across portions of the area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.

A Tropical Storm Watch means sustained winds above 34 kts are
possible due to a tropical storm within 48 hours.
