.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
A low will move northeast to be south of Kodiak Island Sunday
night. The associated frontal band will move into the eastern Gulf
of Alaska Sunday morning and stall over the north central
panhandle into Monday.
