.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
continue near the central and northern California coasts tonight
before dissipating Wed. A weak low center will move off the SW
Oregon coast tonight, and drift W Wed through Thu. Another low
pressure trough will move E into the NW portion Thu night through
Fri night, then dissipate Sat. A cold front will move SE into the
far NW waters Sat night, then continue SE over the central waters
late Sun and Sun night. A ridge will build in behind the front.
