...ON THIS DATE IN WEATHER HISTORY...

In 1989, Salina Kansas, was the hot spot in the nation
with a high of 105 degrees.  The high was also an April
record for the State of Kansas.  In 1958, an astonishing
2-day snowstorm buried parts of South Central Montana
with 5 to 6 FEET OF SNOW.
