.DISCUSSION...Dry and fair weather through today. RH near to the water
will be roughly 5% higher than the immediate surrounding valley. Winds
are light and variable this morning but will pick up a SW to at times WSW
direction this afternoon. A cold front passes through burn area mid morning
(likely 7-9 am) on Thursday. This will shift winds sharply to the N
and bring breezy and gusty winds to the fire area. The passage of the
cold front will bring higher RH to the fire area.
