Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Strong north winds and building seas will develop
behind a cold front with a Small Craft Advisories in effect
for today into tonight. Marine showers and thunderstorms will be
possible today into Monday, which could lead to locally higher
winds and seas. Small Craft Advisories may be needed for offshore
Gulf of Mexico waters on Monday.
