This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

1.5 to 2 inches of rain today may lead to isolated incidents of
minor flooding particularly near small streams and in low-lying or
poor drainage areas.

In addition, wind gusts up to 45 mph late this afternoon and this
evening will blow around unsecured objects and could result in
difficult driving for high profile vehicles.

Heavy rain combined with gusty winds may also cause some tree damage
and increase the risk for power outages. The gusty winds will
gradually subside later tonight into early Sunday.

A light wintry mix or a brief period of wet snow could result in a
few slick spots through this evening especially on bridges,
overpasses, and elevated surfaces. Snow accumulation of a coating to
2 inches is expected with the greatest snowfall amounts to the east
of Route 15,
