.DISCUSSION...

Winds remaining light today with a prevailing southerly wind by
noon at 5-8 mph though low potential for winds over 10 mph. could
see some southerly gusts up to 15 mph. RH as low as 20 percent but
only a 20 percent chance. More likely to values near 25 percent.
Smoke dispersal improves from poor to fair this afternoon though
transport winds remain light.
