this forecast.

.DISCUSSION...Elevated fire weather conditions are likely again
today due to RHs lowering into the 20 to 30 percent range, lowest
across the sandy soil regions to the north. Even though winds
will be a little stronger (5 to 15 mph), temperatures primarily
in the 50s will result in conditions remaining below critical
fire weather thresholds.

Looking ahead, lower RH values of 30-35 percent are possible on
Friday near the Upper Michigan border. Southeast winds will
increase on Friday for the entire area to 15-20 mph with gusts
of 30-35 mph. Showers will slowly move into the area on Friday
afternoon from south to north. Showers will become widespread
on Friday night with some thunderstorms as well. Multiple rounds
of showers and storms are expected Saturday and Sunday. Stronger
storms are possible along with locally heavy rain.

700 am observed Haines Index at Green Bay...5.
