This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Outlook: Strong to severe thunderstorms late this evening and
tonight. Near record to record warm temperatures today.

Hazards: Damaging wind. Lightning. Heavy rain. Heat exhaustion.

Timing: Strong to severe thunderstorms late this evening and tonight. Hot
temperatures through early evening.

Discussion: A few strong to severe thunderstorms are possible late
this evening and tonight along a nearly stationary surface boundary
in northern Indiana. Primary threat will be damaging winds and
lightning.

Near record to record temperatures in the upper 80s and lower 90s
will occur across central Indiana.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Outlook: There will be chances for thunderstorms every day. Severe
weather is unlikely, but a few storms could be severe.

Temperatures will remain much above average through the weekend.

Discussion: A meandering front will keep chances for thunderstorms
across the area. Very warm air will be south of the front.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed this evening through the early
overnight hours.

Timing: Storms possible late this evening. Hot temperatures through
early evening

Discussion: A few storms are possible late this evening, but better
chances will be further north. Severe weather is not expected at this
time. Near record to record temperatures in the lower 90s will occur
across the area.
