This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Outlook: No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

Discussion: High pressure will continue to provide dry weather.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Outlook: There will be periodic chances for thunderstorms over all
or parts of central Indiana starting Friday evening. Any storms that
develop through the holiday weekend are not expected to be severe. However,
any storm is capable of producing cloud to ground lightning, gusty
winds and brief heavy rain. It is too early to tell if severe storms
will be possible after that.

Very warm and humid conditions will move in for the Memorial Day
weekend, with afternoon heat indices in the lower and middle 90s.

Discussion: A series of upper waves and a washed out front could
interact with a warm humid airmass to produce some off and on chances
for thunderstorms across central Indiana through the next seven days.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated.
