Crawfordsville, Anderson, Muncie, Indianapolis, Terre Haute,
Shelbyville, Bloomington, Columbus, Vincennes, Bedford, and Seymour

This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Outlook: Thunderstorms are possible tonight.

Hazards: Cloud to ground lightning and brief heavy rain.

Timing: After 8 PM.

Discussion: An unseasonably strong low pressure system is expected to
trigger few thunderstorms tonight. The best chance will be overnight.
Severe storms are not expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Outlook: Thunderstorms are possible at times from Friday through
next Wednesday. Severe storms are possible Friday afternoon and
evening. Large hail, damaging winds and large hail are all possible.
Some of the weekend storms may also have heavy rain.

Discussion: A unseasonably strong system will bring thunderstorms to
central Indiana this weekend. Additional fronts will bring more
storms to the area at times next week.


Severe storm spotters are encouraged to monitor future weather
statements regarding the severe threat Friday afternoon and evening.
