  with gusts up to 60 mph expected.

* WHERE...Antelope Valley.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until noon PDT today. For the High
  Wind Warning, from noon today to 3 AM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles. Visibilities may be reduced
  to less than a mile in blowing sand and dust at times.
