* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, north winds around 10
  kt with gusts to 20 kt. For the second Small Craft Advisory,
  northwest winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt expected.

* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from Pooles Island MD to North Beach MD.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 9 AM EDT this
  morning. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM this
  evening to 6 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
