.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will stall as it moves towards the
waters today. The front will then lift NE as a warm front later
today and tonight, as low pressure moves N of area. The low will
pull a cold front towards the waters tonight into Fri night. The
front will stall N of the area Fri night into Sat night before
dissipating. High pressure will move across the area Sun and Sun
night, as a weak cold front approaches the coast. The front will
move offshore Mon and approach the area Mon night.
