West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A series of low pressure troughs
or secondary cold fronts will move across the area today and
tonight. High pressure will build E over the S waters today and
tonight, then shift E of the region Sun into Mon night while
maintaining a ridge over the S portion into Wed night. Another
cold front will move S over the area Mon and Mon night, stall
over the central waters Tue and Tue night, and then return slowly
N as a warm front Wed and Wed night. Another high will build over
the N waters Tue into Wed, and then shift E of the region Wed
night. Yet another cold front will approach the coast from the W
Wed into Wed night.
