height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure will
track N just W of the waters tonight as a warm front lifts N over
the area. Another low will move slowly NE over the waters Fri
into Sat while pulling a cold front over the waters, then pass
inland Sat night while weakening. A high pressure ridge will
build E across the region Sun, before a cold front moves over the
area Sun night into Mon. Another ridge will build E over the
waters Mon night, then shift inland Tue. Yet another low will
approach the waters from the W Tue as the associated cold front
moves over the area, before the low moves over the region Tue
night.
