Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A low pressure
trough along Vancouver Island will persist through early Thu.
Another low pressure trough will remain along the coast of
southern Oregon tonight, then expand N along the coast of Oregon
and Washington Wed and Wed night, then persist into Fri while
weakening. Low pressure will develop along a approaching cold
front late Fri into Fri night. The low pressure will move NE of
the waters Fri night and a cold front will move across the waters
Fri night and Sat. A high pressure ridge will build across the
area later Sat and Sat night, while a low pressure trough again
develops along the coast of southern Oregon. On Sun and Sun night
a high pressure center will move N along the outer waters Sun and
move N of the area Sun night. The coastal trough will expand from
Oregon into Washington Sun into Sun night.
