Offshore Waters Forecast for Caribbean Sea, and the Tropical N
Atlantic from 07N to 19N W of 55W.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure north of the islands will sustain fresh
to locally strong easterly trade winds in the lee of Cuba,
Windward Passage and off NW Colombia at night during the next few
days. Gentle to moderate winds are expected elsewhere in the
basin. The pressure gradient will relax somewhat during the
weekend and into early next week as a frontal boundary enters the
SW North Atlantic waters.
