.DISCUSSION...

Light southwest winds have developed up the Boulder Creek Drainage.  A
weak cold front moving over the burn project around midday will
increase southwesterly winds with gusts up to 20 mph. Humidities
will drop fast this morning than remain steady or rise in the
afternoon as increasingly moist air arrives behind the front.
Winds decrease overnight then pick up again Thursday with lighter
speeds.  Rain chances will be on the increase starting Thursday
afternoon 20-30% increasing near 90% Thursday night into Friday.
Thursday night-Friday comes with a 70% chance for wetting rains
(0.10" or greater) and 20% chance of 0.25".  It will remain unsettled
with additional showers and chances for wetting rains into the weekend.
