SALLE...SOUTH CENTRAL OUACHITA AND NORTHEASTERN WINN PARISHES THROUGH
245 AM CDT...

At 231 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles north of Columbia to Holloway. Movement
was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Columbia, Ball, Jena, Olla, Clarks, Grayson, Midway, Urania, Pollock,
Tullos, Georgetown, Nebo, Spaulding, Vixen, Bosco, Rogers, Catahoula
Lake, Riverton, Standard, and Rochelle.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for north central
Louisiana.
