Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Less than ideal marine conditions are expected tonight
through the weekend due to winds and seas in advance of and
behind the Sunday passage of a cold front. Improving winds and
seas will occur for the first half of next week with high pressure
in control over the western Gulf of Mexico.
