...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Louisiana, including
the following parishes, Allen, Beauregard, Northern Acadia, Northern
Calcasieu, Northern Jefferson Davis, Southern Acadia, Southern
Calcasieu, Southern Jefferson Davis, Upper Vermilion and Vernon and
southeast Texas, including the following areas, Hardin, Lower
Jefferson, Northern Jasper, Northern Newton, Northern Orange,
Southern Jasper, Southern Newton, Southern Orange, Tyler and Upper
Jefferson.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being
cancelled.

...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Louisiana, including the following
  parishes, Avoyelles, Evangeline and Rapides.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Lingering light rain with amounts up to one half inch
    possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
