Light and variable winds this morning will become more consistent in
direction and speed by 9-10 AM, remaining out of the southeast at 7
to 10 mph thereafter through sunset. Humidity will drop to the lower
30 percent range by midafternoon even as cloud cover increases.

Wind (20 ft)........Light winds becoming southeast 5 to 9 mph in
