.DISCUSSION...

Westerly winds will increase in speed into the 15 to 20 mph range
with gusts up to 30 mph during the afternoon hours. These winds
will allow drier air to advect into areas west of US77, causing
relative humidities to fall to 25-30%. Fuels will be moist from
Tuesday rainfall.
