...WIND ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 2 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Wind Advisory for the higher elevations of the North Carolina
mountains will expire at 2 AM this morning. Breezy to windy
conditions will likely persist at elevations above 3500 feet this
morning, but any lingering gusts should generally be less than 40
mph at all but the highest mountain peaks.
