.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge over the waters will persist
while slowly weakening today through Mon night. A low pressure
trough will expand N along the Oregon coast today into tonight,
and then slowly weaken later tonight into Mon night. High
pressure will rebuild towards the region Tue and Tue night, as
the low pressure trough along the Oregon coast expands N to the
Washington cost. The trough will move offshore Wed and Wed night,
while a weak low pressure area develops just SW of the region.
The low will remain nearly stationary SW of the Oregon waters Thu
and Thu night.
