.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge over the waters will slowly weaken today and tonight. A
slow moving cold front will approach the region from the W
tonight then stall and dissipate as it moves into the waters Wed
into Wed night. A weak low pressure trough will develop along
Vancouver Island Wed night into Fri, then will weaken late Fri
into Fri night. A high pressure ridge will build to the NW of the
waters Thu through Fri night, then will move SE across the area
Sat and Sat night. A weak cold front will approach from the NW
Sat night.

.TODAY...S to SW winds 5 to 15 kt, except SE portion W to NW.
