Fog has developed early this morning, generally along and west of
Highway 77, from the inland coastal counties through the coastal
plains. While visibilities are generally between 1 and 3 miles,
occasional visibilities below a mile will be possible. Fog is
expected to dissipate by mid morning.

Affected motorists should prepare for rapidly changing visibilities.
When encountering fog, slow down and leave plenty of distance
between your vehicle and other vehicles. Only use low beam
headlights.
