...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 PM EDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN PENDER...SOUTHERN BLADEN AND NORTHEASTERN COLUMBUS
COUNTIES...

At 602 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Bladenboro to near Carvers, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
         damage to trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include...
Rowan, Bladenboro, Sandyfield, Boardman, Point Caswell, Butters,
Council, Currie, Wards Corner, The Borough, Riegelwood, Carvers,
Abbottsburg, Lisbon, Lagoon, Elkton, Rooks, Montague, Malpass Corner,
and Emerson.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
