Very low humidities will continue through the middle of the coming
week. Winds will become strong starting Sunday, when southwest wind
gusts up to 45 mph are expected as high temperatures climb around 5
degrees above 1991-2020 averages. A broad upper level trough will
remain over the western US during the first half of the coming week
with daily rounds of critical fire weather conditions possible. Winds
are forecast to weaken some Monday compared to Sunday, and Tuesday
compared to Monday, so the most critical conditions should be early
in the week.
