...WIND ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 2 AM MDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

Breezy conditions will persist through much of the overnight, but
wind speeds should remain significantly lighter than what was
observed over the past few hours. Therefore, the Wind Advisory will
be allowed to expire.

...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MDT TODAY...

* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph.

* WHERE...Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Central Highlands, and Johnson
  and Bartlett Mesas Including Raton Pass.

* WHEN...Until noon MDT today.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down tree limbs and perhaps
  even power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take action to secure trash cans, lawn furniture, and other loose or
lightweight outdoor objects. Extremely hazardous driving conditions
can be expected, especially for motorists in high profile vehicles
who should consider delaying travel.
