* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 15 to 25 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 3 to 4 ft expected. For the
  Gale Warning, south winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and
  waves 4 to 6 ft expected.

* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from Little Creek VA to Cape Henry VA
  including the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM EDT this
  evening. For the Gale Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 1 AM
  EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
