* Special Marine Warning for...
  Chesapeake Bay from Little Creek VA to Cape Henry VA including the
  Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel...
  Chesapeake Bay from New Point Comfort to Little Creek VA...
  York River...

* Until 400 AM EDT.

* At 152 AM EDT, gusty east to southeast winds continue to be
  obeserved in the Lower Chesapeake Bay and York River. These gusty
  winds are associated with a northward moving low pressure system
  and are expected to diminish after 3 or 4 AM.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, New Point Comfort, 1st Island Bay
  Bridge, Latimer Shoal, Plantation Light, Mobjack Bay, Cape Henry,
  Thimble Shoals, Poquoson, Kiptopeke Concrete Ships, Hampton Roads
  Bridge Tunnel, Coleman Bridge, Tue Marshes Light, York Spit Reef,
  Buoy 36a, Bluefish Rock, The Hump, Cape Henry Wreck, Cabbage Patch,
  and Little Creek.
