.DISCUSSION...

High pressure will be overhead today, resulting in light easterly
to northeasterly surface and transport winds during the burn
period. This will result in only fair smoke dispersal conditions
throughout the day. Humidity values fall to around 30 percent in
the afternoon with high temperatures topping out in the upper 50s
under clear skies. Similar humidity values are expected for
Thursday with winds increasing out of the southeast at 10 to 15
mph, gusting up to 25 mph throughout the day.
