Lake Erie from Dunkirk to Buffalo...
The Upper and Lower Niagara River and Buffalo Harbor...

At 146 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing small hail and frequent lightning. This
thunderstorm was located 11 nm west of Lake Erie Beach, or 13 nm
north of Dunkirk, moving east at 35 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Small Boat Harbor, Lake Erie Beach, Grand Island, Wanakah, Woodlawn
Beach, Erie Basin Marina, Sturgeon Point, Athol Springs, Bayview,
Sunset Bay, and Dunkirk.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect small hail and frequent lightning strikes.
Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
