A mostly cloudy morning will give way to a mostly sunny afternoon
for most of Pennsylvania today. Winds will pick up throughout the
day with gusts of 15 to 25 mph likely in the afternoon, especially
across the higher elevations. High temperatures will be in the
upper 40s across the northern tier and down through the
Alleghenies, with 50s expected elsewhere.

Mainly clear skies tonight and diminishing winds will provide
favorable conditions for a cold night and frost development
across Central Pennsylvania for Monday morning. Lows for tonight
are expected to be in the upper 20s across the NW mountains to the
mid 30s in the Lower Susquehanna Valley.
