Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches in a short time are possible. With soils saturated from rainfall this morning, this will lead to an increased risk of flash flooding through this evening. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
