* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Big Creek at Blairstown.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, The west bank of the creek begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 19.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this afternoon to a crest of 20.5 feet this evening. It will
    then fall below flood stage late tonight.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
