.DISCUSSION...RH values may start low at the burn site early Friday morning,
as the inversion may dip below ridge level. Should this occur, it is expected to
be short lived as the inversion lifts through the morning. Afternoon NW winds
are expected to pick up again Friday afternoon. Winds weaken, then turn southerly
and accelerate late Friday night as a front moves onshore. This front will bring at
least a wetting rain to the burn site early Saturday morning.

Sky/weather.........Sunny then becoming partly cloudy.
CWR.................1 percent.
Max temperature.....58 to 63.
Min humidity........54 percent. A brief period of RH values in the 20s is possible
early Friday morning should the inversion drop below the burn site.
Wind (20 ft)........Northwest winds 8 to 14 mph in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......400-1300 ft AGL increasing to 2300-3400 ft AGL
                    late in the morning.
Transport winds.....North around 13 mph.
