.DISCUSSION...Scattered rain showers can be expected until this
evening. Otherwise there will be moist conditions with areas of
fog tonight into Friday morning. During the daytime period on
Friday conditions will be dry, but fuel drying from wetting
rains may be stunted a bit due to relatively high
RH readings on the coast with onshore winds expected. During
the day on Friday light and variable winds will become light from
the east. More fog will develop Friday night with RH values
remaining high under light east and southeasterly winds.
