  to 10 to 15 knots this afternoon. Waves to 6 to 10 feet,
  subsiding to 3 to 5 feet by this evening.

* WHERE...Michigan City IN to St Joseph MI.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
