* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots.
  A few gusts up to 35 knot gales. Winds shift to the northwest
  Thursday night. Waves increasing to 5 to 8 feet expected.

* WHERE...Michigan City IN to St Joseph MI.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Thursday to 5 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
