midnight. Partly cloudy through midnight then becoming mostly

.WEDNESDAY...South wind 15 to 20 knots veering southwest in the
afternoon. Gusts up to 25 knots. Chance of freezing drizzle in
the morning. Chance of drizzle and slight chance of snow through
the day. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet in the
afternoon.
