* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Waves
3 to 4 feet expected in the tidal lakes and 3 to 5 feet
expected in the sounds. Seas 5 to 7 ft expected in the open Gulf
waters.
* WHERE...All of the tidal lakes, sounds, and all of the open
Gulf waters west of the Mississippi River.
* WHEN...Until 5 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
