Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1037 AM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the advisory area had caused flooding of several low water crossing. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Troy, Elsberry, Moscow Mills, Winfield, Davis, Hawk Point, Eolia, Fountain N` Lakes, Chain of Rocks, Flint Hill, Old Monroe, Silex, Foley, Truxton, Whiteside, Cave, New Hope and Olney.
