.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...A thermal
trough will bring strong gusty north winds to the waters through
much of the rest of this week. The thermal trough will bring
gales to the waters south of Cape Blanco tonight through Wednesday
night. In addition, winds and seas will be hazardous to smaller
crafts over all the waters through Thursday night. Conditions
improve Friday as the thermal trough weakens.
