one third of the waves, along with the occasional height of the
average highest ten percent of the waves.

Synopsis for Flagler Beach to Jupiter Inlet out to 60 nm-

.SYNOPSIS...Poor to hazardous boating conditions develop into
tonight, first across the offshore waters and then expanding to
the nearshore waters shortly before midnight. Conditions will
deteriorate further on Thursday. South to southeast winds freshen
and become strong through the day Thursday with gusts around gale
force in the Gulf Stream. A cold front will approach the local
Atlantic Thursday afternoon, veering winds toward the southwest.
Offshore-moving showers and lightning storms, a few of which
could be strong to severe, will accompany the front. Drier
conditions resume Friday as high pressure builds into the weekend,
and boating conditions are expected to gradually improve.

to 7 feet.
