.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough along Vancouver Island will
persist from today through early Thu. Another low pressure trough
will remain along the coast of southern Oregon today and tonight,
then expand N along the coast of Oregon and Washington Wed and
Wed night, then persist into Fri. A cold front will move across
the waters Fri night and Sat. A high pressure ridge will build
across the area later Sat and Sat night, while a low pressure
trough again develops along the coast of southern Oregon.
